The images on the website are therefore usually sample photos of the model. The exact scratches, dents or other cosmetic signs of use may differ from one unit to another.

To give you clarity in advance, we use quality grades. The product delivered must fall within the description and standards of the chosen grade.

Do you have a specific functional requirement, for example a particular port, screen type or keyboard layout? Please check the product specifications or contact our customer service team before ordering. A sample photo is not decisive for parts or accessories that are not mentioned in the specifications.
