A second-hand device has previously had an owner. Refurbished at ReMarkt also means that it is preceded by a check and refurbishment process: we check, clean, test and adjust the device where necessary. You purchase with information about the chosen specifications and condition, plus warranty.
Where do your devices come from?
Our offer mainly comes from companies that are replacing their equipment. We also offer show models. We check the devices before they are offered again. Always view the product information for the version and condition of your choice.
Can I visit you?
ReMarkt is an online store and does not have a physical store where you can view products or buy them directly. Visits, collection or delivery are only possible after prior contact and an appointment or confirmation from our customer service. Our location is Ellerweg 2, 6037 RS Kelpen-Oler.

Yes, our range is available for private and business users. From a laptop for on the road to desktops and monitors for a workplace. Do you have questions about a business order or multiple devices? Please contact our customer service.
Is a laptop with fewer stars also slower?
The speed depends on, among other things, the processor, RAM and storage. The stars mainly describe the condition. Battery standards also apply per class for laptops. Therefore, compare both the specifications and the star rating.

Please contact our customer service and state your order number and your question. If you have a return or repair request, you can go to our returns portal. Follow the instructions you receive there before returning a device.

You get a minimum 1-year warranty as standard. Where offered, you can opt for an extension to 3 years when purchasing. As a consumer in the Netherlands, you must register a return within 15 days of receipt. You then have 15 days to return it.
