For private customers, the return period consists of two separate periods:

1. Registering the return: register the return no later than 15 days after receipt.
2. Sending the product back: after registering, you have a maximum of a further 15 days to actually send the product.

This does not mean that you can wait 30 days before registering. The first period of 15 days is intended for reporting the return; the second period starts after that report and is intended for sending the product back.

Keep the proof of postage until the return has been fully processed. For exceptions and other conditions, our full returns policy applies.
