The warranty applies to technical defects that arise during normal use and fall within the warranty terms. Examples include:

• the product no longer starts up because of a technical defect;
• a keyboard, touchpad, port or screen does not work properly from a technical point of view;
• supplied software does not work properly without this having been caused by your own settings or improper use;
• a battery does not meet the applicable battery and warranty terms.

Normal wear, cosmetic signs of use described in advance, damage from dropping, impact and moisture, and damage caused by improper use are among the things not covered by the commercial guarantee.

Do not open the product yourself and do not have it examined, modified or repaired by another party without ReMarkt's prior consent. Work carried out by third parties may affect how a warranty claim is handled, because we are then no longer able to fully assess the cause and the work performed. So always ask in advance what you may and may not do yourself.

We determine whether a defect is covered by the warranty after inspection. Your statutory rights as a consumer continue to apply. Always back up your data before sending anything in.
