You receive at least one year of ReMarkt warranty on ReMarkt products. Where this is offered on the product page, you can extend this warranty.

Your rights in the event of a fault

A product must match the description, be fit for normal use and have the quality you may reasonably expect. In the case of a refurbished product, account is taken of its age, price, quality grade and clearly stated signs of use.

In the event of a valid defect, we will first arrange a free repair or replacement. If that is not possible or not appropriate, a price reduction or refund may follow. The one-year ReMarkt warranty is in addition to the consumer rights you have under the law applicable in your country and does not limit those rights.

Batteries

A three-month ReMarkt warranty applies to batteries. Normal wear or gradual loss of capacity is not automatically a defect. Does the battery fail to meet the promised specifications or the standard for the chosen quality grade on delivery? If so, please report this to our customer service team. The three-month warranty period does not limit your other consumer rights.

Making a warranty claim

Is your product faulty? Please contact our customer service team, quoting your order number and a clear description of the problem. We will assess the product and inform you of the solution.

Damage caused by improper use, such as damage from dropping, impact or moisture, is not covered by the ReMarkt warranty. Do not have the product repaired or modified by another company without our prior written consent. Work carried out by a third party may affect the warranty where that work causes the defect or hinders our investigation.
